Dispatch

In-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).

Delivery time begins once your order has been dispatched and is separate from our processing time. Tracking information will be provided where available.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are dispatched according to the estimated dispatch date or window stated on the product page.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be shipped together once all items are available unless otherwise stated.

Returns

Changed your mind? You can notify us that you wish to return an eligible online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back.

Items should be returned unworn beyond reasonable try-on, unwashed and in their original condition. Please keep all original tags attached where possible.

Customers are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns.

If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact us and we will assist you in accordance with your statutory rights.
