  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed.

  • During high-demand periods (e.g., new drops, holidays), processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

UK Orders

  • Standard Shipping (3-5 business days) 

  • Express Shipping (1-2 business days) 

International Orders

  • Europe – (5-10 business days)

  • Rest of World –  (7-15 business days, varies by destination)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to most countries worldwide. If your country isn’t available at checkout, contact us at [Your Support Email].

  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties imposed by their country.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Track your order via the carrier’s website (Royal Mail, DHL, etc.).

5. Shipping Address & Order Changes

  • Double-check your shipping address at checkout—we cannot modify it after the order is placed.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you’ll need to cover reshipping costs.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven’t received it, contact your local post office first.

  • Stack Chasers is not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
